Story
Graham and myself are running the Cardiff Half Marathon again this year. We are not running as a team event this time as we did last year, but will still do our best in raising money for the charity.

Well what a day! we finished the Cardiff Half Marathon, myself and Helen in 2.04, Graham in 1.52 and Shaun in 1.31. It was an amazing experience with 19000 runners.
Thank you to all our supporters, again it surprises me how people always come through for us .
